Cancellation and Refund Policy
At SubAQUA Professional Diving Center, we strive to provide the best service. Our cancellation and refund terms for our diving activities and courses are as follows:
1. Activity and Course Cancellations
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the activity start time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the activity will receive a 50% refund.
- Refunds are not possible for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or for no-shows.
2. Weather Conditions
In case of cancellation by our center due to adverse weather conditions or technical reasons, a full refund will be provided or the activity will be rescheduled to another date according to the guest's preference.
3. Health Reasons
In case a participant cannot dive due to health reasons (documented with a medical report), a full refund or date change will be provided.
4. Digital Content and Materials
No refund is possible for PADI e-Learning materials once the code has been defined and activated for the user.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are made to the credit card used during purchase within 7-10 business days. Reflection on the statement may vary depending on your bank.
