Distance Selling Agreement

This agreement organizes the rights and obligations between the Buyer and the Seller in accordance with the Law on Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Buyer: The user making a purchase through the website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered by the Buyer electronically from the Seller's website.

3. Product and Service Information

The type, quantity, sale price, and payment method of the purchased course, diving activity, or product consist of the information at the moment the order is finalized.

4. General Provisions

The Buyer declares that they have read and informed themselves about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and preliminary information regarding the delivery of the product/service, and that they have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 15/g of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; the right of withdrawal cannot be used in "contracts regarding the evaluation of leisure time for accommodation, goods transport, car rental, food and beverage supply, and entertainment or relaxation purposes, which must be made on a specific date or period." In this context, diving activities and trainings reserved for a specific date are within the scope of the exception of the right of withdrawal.

6. Authorized Court

In disputes arising from the implementation of the agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Antalya (Kas) Consumer Courts are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry.
